YOU, (the Client) are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in the Master Services Agreement governing the engagement of Single Property Sites' (SPS) services.

This Agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Services. If you register for a free trial for our Services, this Agreement will also govern that free trial.

You may not access the Services if You are Our direct competitor, except with our prior written consent. In addition, You may not access the Services for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
This Agreement is effective between You and Us as of the date of You accepting this Agreement.

All payments are made by credit card.

You can pay for the Service with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The 'Checkout' process will automatically charge your card immediately for items in your shopping cart.

The Client ("you") authorize Single Property Sites to automatically bill your credit card every month according to your chosen license / membership level at that time.

You may cancel this automatic billing at any time by setting your license level to ZERO.

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with our service, please write to us, using one of the Forms on our web site and describe the problem. We will refund you the related fees.

Refunds will be processed in the form of a payment back to your credit card.

Sales of Domain Names and Domain Name renewals are final.

Once you click to 'purchase' this is your indication that you have authorized the charge and agree to purchase the items in your shopping cart. We do not offer refunds on domains after registration is complete. All sales are final (as stated on the initial 'get a domain name page' and the 'shopping cart' and per our registration agreement).

1. The Enhanced Lead Capture Service will allow you to assign an EXTENSION CODE to each of your sites.
2. This service is only available in the USA.
3. This service can only be used for your Single Property Sites.
4. If you change your Subscription Level then the Enhanced Lead Capture Service fee will also change accordingly.
5. As with all SPS subscription services, you may CANCEL, upgrade, or downgrade this service at ANY time using the Change Subscription button on the Dashboard page.

1. The SPS-Click To Call Service will automatically add a click-to-call lead capture option on each of your live sites.
2. The SPS Click-To-Call Service will connect callers with the designated phone number of the primary contact for each listing site.
3. The designated number for each profile can be changed in the users Profile.
4. This service can only be used for your Single Property Sites.
5. You may also use your own Click-To-Call service where such services are supported by SPS.
6. If you change your Subscription Level then the SPS Click-To-Call service fee will also change accordingly.
7. As with all SPS subscription services, you may CANCEL, upgrade, or downgrade this service at ANY time using the Change Subscription button on the Dashboard page.

1. Single Property Sites Inc responsibilities are defined by, and restricted to, those items expressly defined in the Features of Single Property Sites.
2. Single Property Sites assumes no responsibility for interruptions to the provision of Single Property Sites ("The Service") that is beyond its control, but will make reasonable efforts to resolve such problems.
3. Single Property Sites assumes no liability for the content (text, images, photos, contact information and MLS numbers) input by Clients when creating sites.
4. Single Property Sites will endeavor to provide The Service with minimal interruptions; however the transmission, viewing and retrieval of information through your Single Property Site may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, telecommunications interruptions or other disruptions and Single Property Sites shall not be liable for such interruptions or unavailability.
5. The Client understands that Single Property Sites has made no guarantees as to the performance, success or return on investment of The Service.
6. The Client understands that they are soley responsible for ensuring that the Service meets their needs and complies with any local, regional or national rule, policy, regulation or law in relation to the client's business.
7. The Client understands that The Service may be modified or changed at anytime, by Single Property Sites to meet market needs. Single Property Sites will post updates and information regarding changes to The Service to the Client's account area.

We will monitor use of our system. Anyone using SinglePropertySites.com expressly consents to such monitoring.

Improper use of the Single Property Sites service can result in the following:

a) A warning from Single Property Sites, via email or phone.
b) Temporary or Permanent disconnection of service.
