Affiliate Marketing Program

Value Added Reseller (VAR) program

Our Value Added Reseller program (VAR) is designed for photographers or other marketing companies who want to provide added value services to their clients. A VAR account allows you to create single property sites as part of your broader services package for each client you serve.

Summary:

  • Set up an account with SPS at level 10 Plan or higher, and contact us to have it made a VAR account
  • You control the account - YOUR clients do NOT have access to your SPS account
  • You create Single Property Sites for your clients
  • You charge your clients whatever fee you like
  • All sites created show YOU as the service provider, not SPS!

The VAR Account gives you a Single Property Sites account, which is used to support multiple clients/profiles with SPS system. Your clients only see the name of your Private Label (VAR) company, SPS branding and name is hidden - so on all the templates, the name of your private label is shown not SPS.

Your clients will NOT have Single Property Sites accounts - they only work with you. You create and manage their sites in your account. You are therefore able to offer your added value services on top of the basic Single Property Sites service and set your own pricing for the services you offer.

Process: You must be subscribed at a level 10 Plan or higher. You must apply to obtain VAR status and we must approve your application.

Office / Team / Broker Solutions

Create an account for your entire office to use - and benefit from prices as low as $1 per listing per month!

Summary:

  • Set up an account and choose a level 10 plan or higher
  • You can then set up any number of additional Agent profiles
  • For each Listing you then choose an Agent profile to assign, which is then shown in the website!
  • One login, one account - so easy to manage.

The office solution is designed for an office where a central team or person is creating Single Property Sites for multiple agents in the office. Simply create your Single Property Sites account and subscribe to a level of 10 or more and you'll automatically have access to a multi-agent profile system.

Accredited Virtual Assistant

By being an Accredited Virtual Assistant, we will add your name and contact details to our Partner page. You will be able to tell clients you have the SPS accreditation.
