Listing Solution for your Brokerage, Office or Team

The Single Property Sites Office Solution is a freely available feature for all accounts that subscribe to 10 or more ACTIVATIONS.

The Office Solution allows for the creation of any number of additional Agent Profiles. Each Agent Profile has all the contact and profile information for each Agent in your office - including their photo.

Each account will have a single Office Profile (includes the Logo and Business Address etc) which is used for all Agent Profiles.

Volume Pricing

By subscribing to an Activation level of 10 or more, the effective price is at least as low as $4.90 per site per month, or lower.

Unlimited single property sites can be created by a single office for $400 per month.

You may create as many 'Agent Profiles' as you wish.

Billing

The whole account subscribes to a single Activation Level which is made available and shared across all profiles. As we do not store credit cards, there is no security risk or exposure of confidential information. All agents and users will log in using the same access code.

Every time a site is made Active, the user (be it the central administrator or an individual agent) will have the opportunity to optionally purchase a domain name and sign rider using their OWN credit card details at that time. Again, no credit cards details are kept.

Administration

No administration necessary. The Office system allows simple central management and administration of the entire account. It is best suited to an office environment where one Administrator can control and support all agents and create sites for them.
However, your agents can all use your central account too, and create their own sites as and when they need to.

If you are a regional or national franchise or have a significant account, we will also upload a high quality version of your logo to our Logo Library at no cost (you will need to email this to us).
