The SPS Brokerage Office Solution is an automatic feature for all accounts that subscribe to a Plan level 10 or more.
The Office Solution allows for the creation of any number of additional Agent Profiles. Each Agent Profile has all the contact and profile information for each Agent in your office - including their photo and personal details.
Each Profile can then be given permission by you, to sign in and use your SPS account. When an Agent signs in they will only see their Listings and they will not be able to adjust or view your master account information.
Volume Pricing
The office / Team solution is available starting at a subscription level of 10 ($49 for ANY 10 listings live).
Our subscription service is re-usable! So when listings are SOLD, you can immediate activate other listings site in their place at no extra cost. There's no upfront costs - only pay for what you use.
You may create as many 'Agent Profiles' as you wish.
You can also add Sponsor profiles too, for your Lenders and others that you may want to have presented with your property sites.
Billing
The whole account subscribes to a single Activation Level which is made available and shared across all profiles. As we do not store credit cards, there is no security risk or exposure of confidential information. All agents and users will log in using the same access code.
Every time a site is made Active, the user (be it the central administrator or an individual agent) will have the opportunity to optionally purchase a domain name and sign rider using their OWN credit card details at that time. Again, no credit cards details are kept.
Cross Marketing With Widgets
Our powerful widget system allows agents to promote their listings on other websites such as BLOGS and forums etc. Widgets (e.g. MAP widget) can be set up to display just a single agents listings or a section of other agents in the team.
Administration
No administration necessary. The Office system allows simple central management and administration of the entire account. It is best suited to an office environment where one Administrator can control and support all agents and create sites for them.
However, your agents
can all use your central account too, and create their own sites as and when they need to.
