The optional Enhanced Lead Capture Service feature sets up an automated interactive property information hotline for buyers, using a unique code for each of your listings.
Your sign riders will instruct buyers how to receive property information via SMS TEXT messages (and soon by recorded message), to their cell phones while simultaneously capturing their contact information for your follow up. When Buyers call, you get leads.
QR Codes are always available with all sites, but if you have a Property Extension associated with a Property then the QR Code refers to the property using that EXTENSION, which means that QR codes and any signs you get created can be reused simply by reassigning your Enhanced Lead Capture Extension to another property!
For Membership at a level 15 and higher, all the mobile marketing features are included as part of your membership fee!
For levels 1 to 10, all features are included for the price of ONE dollar (or less) MULTIPLIED by your membership subscription level.

An EXTENSION (e.g. 1000) will be assigned to each property, which allows consumers to call to get information.
They will be give options including instant access to property details, photos, the mobile property site. In the near future this will also include option to hear recorded messages from you about the property and your loan officer about financing... and call and connect with you too.
It works like this:
- Buyer calls in and enters property EXTENSION
- Buyer gets options to receive further information including SMS TEXT
- YOU are notified about the caller, their actions and their contact details
- All captured leads are also shown in your Inquiry and Leads center too
- Unlimited calls and lead capture
- Re-use EXTENSIONs if you wish to do so!
All inquiries are captured and you will be sent an immediate alert with the caller's phone details and a log of actions they performed so you can quickly follow up on all leads!

A click-to-call interactive button will be added to every site.
Click-To-Call advanced lead capture provided by SPS will be automatically added to all your LIVE sites when you purchase the Enhanced Lead Capture Service feature. There's nothing else for you to do.
If you already have a Click-To-Call service, you can use SPS Click-To-Call as well as, or instead of, your own service. This choice can be done on a per-profile basis if required.
The SPS Click-To-Call service ONLY applies to your SPS sites. If you want to use Click-To-Call services on other web pages or emails then we recommend getting your own Click-To-call account.
