Here's how it all works....

	Ok, so, you have a listing appointment in 2 days! How do you use Single Property Sites to help you win that listing, and how does the pricing work? All is fully explained right here... First, create your account - simply click on the Start Now menu link and create you account. So far nothing to pay! Now, create your site. It will take about 10 - 15 minutes to create a site. Don't worry about getting it 100% perfect right now, you can always come back and edit it, change the design, add more text or photos at any time.
Uploading photos has never been easier - simply take MEGA-PIXEL images straight from your digital camera, no need to resize or mess about with photos, our FAST-FOTO™ technology will automatically re-size and pre-process your images and upload all of them in a matter of seconds, no matter how big they are! 	Ok, grab a sandwich and a coffee (or a glass of wine!) Let the site sit there for a bit ... and think through the text and images you have that describe the sellers home... If you want to change anything, go ahead and make changes! If you prefer one of the Luxury Templates, simply change the template, or indeed anything.
When you are ready to use your SinglePropertySite as a Showcase for your Marketing, click on the Free-View™ button that sends an email to your client with a password controlled preview link in it. This is putting your pre listing-presentation best foot forward! This will give them 48 hours to wonder and marvel at your marketing prowess! Still, you have not paid a thing!
	By the time you meet the client at the listing appointment, of course they will be deeply impressed by their Home's web site - many will start to take ownership of this site and will want to be involved to make it look as good as they can! Again, you have not paid a thing!
Now, with the listing contract signed and in your pocket, you can return to the office and ACTIVATE your Property Site. During this process, you will purchase a unique domain name (web address) which is the same as the property street address. To ACTIVATE a site, you subscribe to an Activation level. 	Two weeks later. You create an activate TWO MORE Property Sites. Well, your Subscription Level allows for three Active Sites in total. So to activate these Sites there is no further Subscription charge. In ONE month's time, you win another listing, so you UPGRADE your subscription level to the next level, which is $29 per month for FIVE Active Property Sites. Then, two months after this, all your listings are SOLD. So you DE-ACTIVATE all four sites (they are still in your account) and DOWNGRADE your account to ZERO active sites which means all monthly billing ceases on your account.
